If he's not playing at 100%, then wouldn't it be wise to have him heal as opposed to playing at 40% risking further injury? Trust me, he's not doing the Flyers any favors by playing through this injury, if that is the case. |

My takeaway from this blog is...
1. Giroux will likely be traded but he's safe for now.
2. The term "Protection Game" can mean many different things to many different people.
3. Galchenyuk better learn how to play centre in the next few games or else he will be traded to Colorado.
4. Vegas basically controls the NHL from now on.
5. Anaheim will likely do something at the trade deadline. |

For example, a deal with the Avs that centers around Giroux, Duchene and Landeskog would benefit both teams. Flyers have lots of assets to include in such a deal like MDZ, Streit, Raffl, both starting goalies, prospects, etc |
